Returns & Exchanges Policy
We take pride in the quality of our folding beds and stand behind our products. If your bed arrives with a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
As a general policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we understand that every situation is unique and may consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
